Burntside Partners, Inc. maintains informal contact with a wide range of affiliates in industry, academia, and private practice. We are happy to refer our clients to these affiliates whenever we feel it may be in the client's interest to do so.
Among these we would specifically mention Equipoise Imaging, LLC, Microstereopsis Corporation, GBK Consulting, and South Coast Fiber Optics, Inc., all of whom have made valuable contributions to the development of our markers.
In addition, we have formal affiliation agreements with
1) General Patent Corporation. Our clients may have intellectual property issues, particularly in the areas of monetization or defense of that property, with which we, not being lawyers, cannot assist them. We are happy to refer such clients either to General Patent Corporation directly, or to assist them in establishing a relationship with General Patent.
2) Pomeranz and Associates, LLC.Our clients may have domestic, and particularly international, business issues with which we, again not being lawyers, cannot assist them. We are equally happy to refer such clients directly to Pomeranz and Associates, LLC, or to assist them in establishing a relationship with Mr. Pomeranz.
We do not have exclusive agreements with either General Patent or Pomeranz, nor they with us, so we are also happy to work with whatever third parties in these or other matters that a client prefers.
